I am a blood donor and my blood group is O Positive. I have been donating blood for over 7 years from now and would have donated blood more than 25 times till now. I never had any negative experiences after donating blood. I am healthy enough to donate and never scared of needles. I would want to donate blood as long as I can. I feel proud because of my blood donation it can save up to 3 lives. A feeling of saving someone's life is beyond anything else.
I love reading. Daily I read different newspapers. I spend most of my time reading novels, management, psychology and related books. Personally, I feel one can learn a lot in every book.
To talk about religion or caste, I don’t identify myself with any religion nor believe in fixed prayers. Prayer is a communication process that allows us to talk to the Almighty. Religion is creeping into all aspects of public life into politics. I believe in humanity. Have you come to this earth with religion? To be obvious, man has made the religion. I communicate with the Almighty in my own way. I don’t want to be part of a religion that preaches what they determine is "holy", but can’t walk their talk. I don’t want to be part of a religion that has no compassion or responsibility, or no love. One should realize the powers of the Almighty. Remember one thing, He is Omnipresent, Omnipotent and Omniscient.
My favourite sport is cricket and Virender Sehwag is my favourite sportsman. I spend my weekends playing this sport and go out for matches which keep me occupied and refresh
I am not into political talks as it brings out the worst in people and plays with the emotion of a common man. They don’t fight for people but for so-called “ticket” and fill in their pockets. As a voter, a common man and a taxpayer I say to all the politicians, I don’t want to hear any promises from you, it neither has value nor fulfilment. Can we expect at least peace in our society??
The best way I have invested is in Shares, Bank deposits, Post Office Recurring Deposit, Provident fund. The best formula for savings would be save first then spend. It goes like this “Income-savings=Expenditure”. Do not spend money on unwanted things. There are no shortcuts to success. Plan for generations, not for Saturday night.
Apart from these, I would like to thank my family, especially Mom and Dad, for their constant support throughout my life, and my friends for always being on my side. Thank you.
